In this program you'll learn Talentism's proven Clarity Coaching methodology and frameworks, designed to systematically unleash human potential.

You'll learn to explain the "WHY" behind Talentism's coaching approach, identify and diagnose confusion patterns in clients or team members, build evidence-based understanding of your clients' unique contexts, and develop coaching skills that balance curiosity, healthy skepticism, and compassion.

Through this program, you'll learn how to help people achieve transformational outcomes:

The program is 11 weeks long with 2 hour synchronous sessions held weekly, along with 2-3 hours of asynchronous learning every week.

The program fee is $6,000 for the 11-week program for Clarity Compass Program certification. If you are looking to apply for Talentism’s Coach Certification, you will need to pay an additional $2000.

The program maintains small cohort sizes to ensure quality learning experiences and to preserve the selective nature of our coach network.

Yes, we welcome international applications. Session timing will be determined to accommodate the geographical distribution of the accepted cohort as much as possible.

The program welcomes both new and experienced coaches. Your coaching aptitude and vision for applying the methodology are more important than years of experience.

One of the reasons we ask for participant location and timezone in the application form is to ensure we can find a time that works for most participants and allows for maximum attendance. In the 30-minute "Interview / Getting to know you" call, we will collect further information on the participant's commitments and then find the timeslot that works best for most participants.

No, the Clarity Compass program is not ICF accredited. We've intentionally designed this program around Talentism's unique, proven coaching methodology and frameworks rather than pursuing traditional accreditation. Our approach has been developed and refined through years of successful executive coaching, allowing us to focus on what makes our methodology distinctive and effective.

The first step to apply for a Clarity Compass scholarship is to complete the standard program application. When filling out the application, simply select "Seeking Financial Aid" when asked how will you be paying for the program. We will move candidates to the next step, which is the interview round.

After your interview, we'll share a scholarship consideration form with all eligible candidates.

Eligibility for the scholarship is determined by considering your financial need, coaching aptitude, diversity factors, and your vision for applying the Clarity Compass methodology. Our priority is to ensure all deserving and passionate candidates can be part of the program without finances being a constraint.

Our scholarships range from partial ($1,000-$3,000 off) to full scholarships (covering the entire $6,000 fee).
